This asparagus flatbread is crispy, fresh, and perfect for a quick and flavorful meal.
Ingredients
1 flatbread or pizza base
1 bunch fresh asparagus, trimmed and cut
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella or similar cheese
1 clove garlic, minced
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Optional: parmesan cheese, herbs, or lemon zest
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F
2. Place flatbread on a baking tray
3. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle garlic evenly
4. Add shredded cheese across the surface
5. Arrange asparagus evenly on top
6. Season with salt and pepper
7. Bake until the flatbread is crisp and cheese is melted
8. Remove from oven, add optional toppings, and serve warm

Do not overload the flatbread to keep it crisp
Cut asparagus into small pieces for even cooking
