Ingredients

1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1 medium orange, juiced (about 1/3 cup)
1 tsp honey
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
Salt & pepper to taste
5 oz spring mix
8 oz strawberries, hulled and sliced
2 oz goat cheese crumbles
1/3 cup sliced almonds, toasted


Instructions

In a medium bowl, whisk together apple cider vinegar, orange juice, honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, salt, and pepper to make the vinaigrette.
In a large bowl, combine spring mix and strawberries.
